About Us

Our Vision

Game Changers Foundation hopes to promote Youth Sports Performance by prioritizing the safety and well-being of our youth athletes.

There are many athletes in our area who cannot afford services beyond what their school or insurance can provide. This leaves young athletes with injuries that last a lifetime, skills that go undeveloped, and sometimes even an early end to a promising sport career.

The Game Changers Foundation believes that longevity in sport and physical activity should be available to all youth athletes. Through our foundation middle school and high school athletes will be able to receive physical therapy rehabilitation services and participate in fun and engaging training programs where they will learn proper techniques and strategies to prevent injuries, ensuring they can stay in the game and perform at their best for the long run.

Because being a Game Changer means more than what you do on the court/field/track or other arena, these programs will also focus on fostering personal growth. Athletes will develop discipline, resilience, and self-confidence as they overcome challenges and achieve new milestones in a supportive environment.

By allowing families to pay on a sliding fee scale for physical therapy, preventative training, and sports performance services, more youth athletes in New Hanover, Pender, and Brunswick counties will have access to the opportunities to play longer, perform better, and stay injury free without financial restriction.
