We value ALL youth athletes in our community and respect each individual journey toward achieving their goals. To be eligible for support through the Game Changers Foundation, athletes must be actively enrolled on a team or competing in an individual sport and currently enrolled in school at the middle or high school level (grades 6–12).

The application process is confidential and includes a short application form, along with a copy of the first page of the current year’s tax return for financial assistance verification. All documents are securely stored at Change the Game for the duration of the athlete’s participation in our programs.

Financial assistance is determined using a sliding fee scale based on household size and current income. Once assistance is approved, all fees are due at the time of service. Applications must be renewed annually, and families may reapply during the year if financial circumstances change. Financial assistance applies only to services provided at Change the Game and to the programs listed below.
